Greenville.

Greenville is the Hunt County seat and the largest city at the eastern end of our service area. It has a substantial historic downtown and a housing stock that is genuinely old by North Texas standards, with a great deal built long before the suburban growth further west ever reached this far out.

That makes it whole home territory more often than single room work. Kitchens that have not been touched in forty years, one bathroom serving an entire house, original flooring under two later layers, and the accumulated effect of a long time on expansive clay. It is also an area that gets quoted a premium by contractors coming out from Dallas, which is one of the reasons we drew the service area the way we did. Greenville is a straight run down I-30 from Royse City, it is inside our fifty mile radius, and it gets the same crew and the same pricing as anywhere else on the map.
