Wylie sits on the Collin County side of our map, north of Lavon Lake, and it has grown into a substantial city while keeping a real downtown. The housing runs from homes built well before the growth arrived to very large stretches of late 1990s and 2000s construction, which is now precisely the age where original finishes have run out of life.

That twenty to twenty five year mark is the busiest window in remodeling and it is most of what we do in Wylie. Original builder tile that has cracked along a line where the slab moved, hall bathrooms that have never been touched, kitchens with the layout and the cabinets they were built with, and carpet in rooms that should have had hard flooring from the start. The houses are worth the investment and the work is the kind we do every week.
