Royse City is home. The city sits on the I-30 corridor where Rockwall, Hunt, and Collin counties meet, and it has spent the last two decades as one of the faster growing places in North Texas. That growth has left it with two very different kinds of housing side by side: an older core near the original townsite, and thousands of homes built inside the last fifteen years in subdivisions that did not exist when this company started setting tile.

The work splits the same way. In the newer neighborhoods the houses are structurally sound and the finishes are the cheapest part of the build, so we are replacing builder grade tile, thin counters, and plain backsplashes with something that matches what the house is now worth. Closer to the old town the jobs are older bathrooms, closed off kitchens, and floors that have been through several decades of clay movement underneath them. Being based here means a walkthrough is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem, and it means the crew is working in the neighborhoods where they live.
